Format for submitting concept papers

Below is the format for submitting concept papers for project proposals.

Note:

• Concept papers should not exceed five pages.
• The first page should provide information about the organisation in the format specified under 'organisational profile' below.
• The remaining four pages should provide information about the proposed project in the format specified under 'project profile' below.
• No certificates or documents should be enclosed with the concept paper.
• Concept papers should be sent to:

• Concept papers not submitted in the format below will not be considered.
• The PACS Programme coordinator will respond to the concept paper within three months after receipt of the paper.
